1. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We are pleased to offer reliable shipping across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders placed within the UAE are processed and delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Business Days: Our business days are [e.g., Monday through Friday/Saturday]. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A separate notification will be sent once your package is out for delivery.

2. International & GCC Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Coming Soon: We are actively working on expanding our logistics to cover GCC countries and international destinations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

3. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep shipping costs as transparent as possible.

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your package and the delivery location.

  • Review Before Purchase: You will be able to view the total shipping cost before finalizing your payment.

4. Potential Delays & Peak Periods

While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors.

  • High Volume: During peak periods, holidays (such as Eid, Black Friday, or National Day), or special promotional events, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Severe weather or operational issues with courier partners may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

6. Incorrect Address & Redelivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. guava.ae is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
