Unstitched Products: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold on byguava.ae are unstitched. The images displayed on our website often show stitched or tailored versions for modeling and styling purposes only. You will receive the fabric pieces as described in the product details, ready for you to tailor to your fit.

Accessories: Embellishments, buttons, laces, or linings shown in the model photography are for display purposes and are not included unless specified in the product description.
2. Product Appearance & Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary slightly from what is visible on your screen due to differences in monitor displays, lighting during photography, or dye lot variations.

Measurements: All measurements provided are approximate. Slight variations in fabric length or width may occur during the manufacturing process.
3. Pricing & Currency

Currency: All prices listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price for that specific order will not change.

Taxes: Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Order Processing & Availability

Stock Availability: Our stock is limited and sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Order Confirmation: Inventory is only confirmed once the checkout process is complete and payment has been successfully processed. In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after you have placed an order but before we process it, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for that item.

Right to Cancel: guava.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information.
